Deep Dive: The Yemen Civil War
Tuesday Apr 06, 2021
Tuesday Apr 06, 2021
The Yemen conflict rages on as fighting continues between the Saudi-led coalition and the rebel group known as the Houthis. The more than seven-year-long war created the world's worst humanitarian crisis in which Yemeni civilians face famine, threats of physical violence, and a non-existent economy.
Join the Global Current today for the inaugural episode of our Deep Dive series, which brings together experts from the Seton Hall community to dissect a global issue. On this episode, we welcome Dr. Joseph Huddleston, an assistant professor at the School of Diplomacy specializing in separatist diplomacy, and Professor David Wood, a professor of practice who has worked in Yemen and other conflict zones around the world.
