This week of The Global Current we covered the ICC’s case against previous Philippines President Duterte. Our analysts Riely Gonzalez and Neve Walker discussed this issue. In this episode, our analysts discussed the case itself and the war on drugs, especially the topic of drug trafficking. The news briefer, Ashley Skladany, talked about a car accident killing 35 in China, an Israeli airstrike killing 31, Bangladesh asking Interpol for help ousting their Prime Minister, and Costa Rica bestowing the highest diplomatic honor on the El Salvadoran President. Catch you on the waves next week!
