On October 7th, global attention turned to Israel and Palestine as the Hamas group currently ruling over the Gaza Strip launched an armed attack on Israel. As the two states have launched into a conflict many world leaders and organizations are struggling to respond and express clear stances on the conflict. This brings us to the questions of how we got here, and where we may be heading next.
